01 / YOUR BUSINESS01 — 08
We understand your DNA.
Indigo is a Creative Process Outsourcing (CPO) studio, co-located in London and Mumbai, that works as a white-label extension of creative, brand and communications agencies. Built on a B2B communications and corporate-publishing heritage, the delivery team in Mumbai — writers, designers, artworkers and proofreaders — has spent close to two decades absorbing agencies’ production overflow on secure servers, half a day ahead of the UK and a full day ahead of the US. Indigo has produced 50,000+ pages of corporate reports and 3,000+ packaging adaptations, is a certified Workiva design partner, and works entirely under the agency’s umbrella — never approaching the end client. The promise is simple: extend your working day, add capacity, and save you money.

the depth of relationship Indigo has already built across the top comms and creative studios
What sets you apart
Indigo is not a competing agency and never touches the end client — you can hand work over under NDA and it comes back under your name, on secure servers. Clients get a single point of contact instead of a patchwork of freelancers, continuity instead of constant re-briefing, and a Mumbai team half a day to a full day ahead so work moves overnight. Proofreaders in Mumbai routinely catch what London proofreaders miss, and the Workiva certification means the numbers-heavy pages of a report are handled by people trained on the platform. The result is capacity you can trust with an embargoed annual report, not just cheap hands.
What we will push on your behalf
A white-label studio that absorbs your production spikes without the freelancer scramble. When reporting season, a results deadline or a campaign roll-out lands and three clients want their work out the same fortnight, Indigo plugs in under your name — typesetting, packaging adaptations, campaign versioning, motion — at 25-40% below London or NY freelance rates, with quality that does not come back for a redo. The second half of the pitch is what that buys back: your creative directors stay on the client relationship and the thinking that wins pitches, instead of aligning numbers on page 80. The wedge lands on a pain every agency owner knows — production peaks you cannot staff for without either turning work away or eroding the margin.
02 / YOUR MARKET02 — 08
A market identified and qualified.
We start from the English-language creative-agency universe across the UK, the US and international English-business hubs (Ireland, Canada, Australia, the UAE). We screen to mid-size creative, brand, design and communications agencies that actually run studio production — corporate reports, packaging artwork, campaign adaptations, design and typesetting, motion — and deliberately leave the large holding-company networks in the universe rather than out, since a way into an Ogilvy-tier studio is worth having even if the focus stays on mid-size. We exclude the micro-freelancers and the pure media, PPC and SEO shops that have no production to outsource. The combined working universe is around 20,000 creative agencies, sized as companies (one primary decision-maker each) and taken at the conservative end.
~20,000
creative agencies identified
mid-size creative, brand, design and comms agencies across the UK, US and international English hubs, large networks included
~10,000
contactable prospects
after applying the 50% ratio (named decision-maker + business email findable and verified)
~165
commercial opportunities
over 12 months (weighted mean of the 4 scenarios, 4 emails per prospect)
~33
potential new clients
over 12 months (UK B2B average closing rate: 20%) — each a white-label agency relationship, typically recurring across reporting cycles and campaign roll-outs
How we build this database
We cross-reference agency directories and rankings (Clutch, DesignRush, The Drum Recommended, Design Week Top 100), the trade press (Creative Boom, LBBonline, Design Week, PRWeek, Campaign), awards bodies (D&AD, Transform, the FAB and Published Accounts awards), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Companies House to identify agencies that match your criteria and the person who owns production budget. Every contact is then verified and enriched by AI: role check (CEO, MD, Finance Director or Production Director), business email validation, and a last-12-month news scrape per agency. Impossible to do by hand across twenty thousand studios — this is what makes qualification possible at scale.
Why 50% are contactable
Agency owners and production directors are not reliably listed in public databases with a direct business email. This 50% ratio is deliberately conservative — agency seniority levels typically yield 40% to 60% verified emails through Sales Nav, Apollo, Hunter and our enrichment stack — so the projections you read are realistic rather than optimistic.
A note on honesty: ~33 new clients is market headroom, not a delivery promise. Indigo is founder-led, so the real lever is a steady, qualified flow of agency conversations you can take on at your own pace — and each relationship tends to recur across reporting cycles and campaign roll-outs rather than being one-and-done. We can tighten the universe (UK-only, specialist-comms-only) or keep it wide once Phase 1 of the campaign has run.
03 / PROSPECT SAMPLE03 — 08
10 agencies identified by our AI.
Before launching at full scale, we always start with a sample of 10 real creative-agency prospects, weighted toward mid-size UK studios with a couple of large networks and a spread of international English-language markets. For each one we identify a named decision-maker, surface a recent verifiable signal, and explain why the agency fits Indigo’s white-label offer. The same method will then be applied to your full database of ~10,000 contactable decision-makers.
For each prospect, our AI identifies a concrete signal: a recently published project, a client win, an award, a new office, an acquisition or a senior hire. That signal justifies why to reach out now and provides the foundation for personalising the email — always built on the agency’s own public activity, never on the brands it may quietly deliver for.
This sample mixes five mid-size UK studios (Friend, B&B Studio, Ragged Edge, Otherway, Robot Food) with two large networks (JKR, Landor) and three international agencies (Ideas On Purpose in New York, Red Dog in Dublin, Zulu Alpha Kilo in Toronto) — a preview of what your full database will look like. You will have the opportunity to validate it and steer us before the campaign goes live.
01
Friend Studio
Rob Riche·Founder
London corporate-reporting and comms design studio; clients include Experian, Standard Chartered and Pearson.
SIGNAL DETECTED
In 2026 Friend produced Airtel Africa’s FY2026 annual report, billed as the FTSE 100’s first fully digital-first report (all content in HTML, mobile-viewable), and in May 2026 delivered a new brand identity and website for private-equity firm TDR Capital.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR INDIGO
Friend’s bread and butter is exactly Indigo’s bullseye — annual-report and corporate-report design and typesetting, on Workiva. A reporting studio lives and dies by its Q1/Q2 peaks, which is the precise moment a white-label typesetting and Workiva-build partner earns its keep without Friend ever losing control of the client.
02
B&B Studio
Shaun Bowen·Co-founder
Shoreditch brand-creation and packaging-design studio for premium and challenger FMCG brands.
SIGNAL DETECTED
Through 2025 B&B added three designers including two Design Directors (Gali Lucas and Ben Fullerton), and Shaun Bowen was appointed Chair of the Branding & Packaging jury for the 2025 FAB Awards, alongside a packaging refresh for condiment brand Sauce Shop.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR INDIGO
A growing packaging studio in Indigo’s Old Street heartland, adding senior creatives just as workload climbs. Multi-SKU packaging roll-outs and range extensions are precisely the artwork-adaptation volume Indigo versions under the agency’s name, freeing B&B’s new Design Directors to stay on the creative.
03
Ragged Edge
Max Ottignon·Co-founder
Independent London challenger-brand agency behind large-scale identities and rollouts (Wise, Monzo, ZOE, Papier).
SIGNAL DETECTED
In June 2025 Ragged Edge relaunched its own identity under the line “Never Be the Same Again”, a public signal that the agency has scaled into bigger, global client remits.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR INDIGO
Big global rebrands generate enormous asset-adaptation and campaign-artwork roll-out across formats and markets. A studio publicly repositioning for larger remits is about to feel exactly that production squeeze — capacity Indigo can supply white-label through the launch crunch.
04
Otherway
Jono Holt·Founder & CEO
London design and communications studio building consumer brands (Lucky Saint, Butternut Box) and running campaigns for Heineken and Fortnum & Mason.
SIGNAL DETECTED
In 2025 Otherway was acquired by holding company Common Interest and opened a New York office, hiring former MullenLowe LA president Javier Passerieu as US President to lead the expansion.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR INDIGO
A studio versioning brand and campaign assets across London and New York is a classic overflow trigger — two markets, doubled adaptation volume, a fixed launch calendar. Indigo can carry the versioning and packaging adaptations on a full-day-ahead clock while Otherway builds out the US.
05
Robot Food
Jess Cook·Client & Operations Lead
Independent Leeds strategic brand and packaging agency for food, drink and lifestyle brands (Brooklyn Brewery, Fritz-Kola, ESN).
SIGNAL DETECTED
In 2026 Robot Food delivered a full strategic rebrand of pet-care brand Pooch & Mutt across nutrition, supplements and accessories, following 2025 rebrands of Hip Pop and The Protein Ball Co.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR INDIGO
Full-range rebrands across nutrition, supplements and accessories mean hundreds of packaging-artwork adaptations and SKU roll-outs. That is the repetitive, high-QC production Indigo white-labels — letting Robot Food’s designers stay on the strategy and the hero creative rather than the range build-out.
06
Ideas On Purpose
Michelle M. Marks·Managing Partner & Founder
New York agency specialising in corporate, ESG and investor reports for Fortune 100s (Coca-Cola, Stanley Black & Decker, NYU Langone).
SIGNAL DETECTED
In 2026 Michelle Marks was named to the Enterprising Women of the Year Awards, and IOP’s Norwegian Cruise Line Sail & Sustain report was shortlisted at the 2026 IR Impact Awards; the agency marked its 25th year in 2025.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR INDIGO
IOP’s core output is corporate and sustainability reporting — the exact discipline Indigo built its studio around, Workiva included. US reporting season creates the same seasonal typesetting and production spikes as the UK, on a full-day-ahead clock that suits New York perfectly.
07
Red Dog
Mary Doherty·Founder & Managing Director
Award-winning Dublin brand-identity and design-communications agency with a strong corporate and annual-report line (Kingspan, Concern Worldwide, Uniphar).
SIGNAL DETECTED
Red Dog won the 2025 Published Accounts Award for the Uniphar annual report, and took two “global diamond” wins at the 2025 Transform Awards Europe for South East Technological University.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR INDIGO
Award-winning annual-report work with hard reporting-season deadlines is the clearest possible match for Indigo’s flagship service. A Dublin studio winning Published Accounts awards has a steady flow of report production and the same Q1/Q2 crunch a white-label typesetting partner is built for.
08
Zulu Alpha Kilo
Mike Sutton·President & CEO
Independent, founder-led Toronto creative and advertising agency known for high-craft campaigns and film/motion work across North America.
SIGNAL DETECTED
Zulu was named a 2026 Ad Age A-List Agency Standout and picked up a Hershey Canada new-business win, on the back of breakthrough 2025 campaign work.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR INDIGO
A high-volume campaign shop of ~180 people constantly needs master-to-market resizing and motion and edit overflow. That is ideal white-label capacity that never competes with Zulu’s creative — Indigo’s campaign-adaptation and motion post-production lines map straight onto it.
09
JKR (Jones Knowles Ritchie)
Jonny Spindler·Managing Director, London
WPP’s global brand and packaging design powerhouse behind Coca-Cola, Walmart and Impossible Foods; Fast Company’s 2025 Design Company of the Year.
SIGNAL DETECTED
In July 2026 JKR’s global brand and design overhaul for Coca-Cola was covered widely, alongside a mid-2026 Every Man Jack packaging redesign; the agency was named Fast Company Design Company of the Year 2025.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR INDIGO
JKR’s constant, high-volume CPG rollout and adaptation work — multi-market, multi-SKU — is exactly the production overflow Indigo absorbs white-label. The way into a network this size is the person who owns London production throughput, not the global creative name, which is why we target the London MD.
10
Landor
Peter van den Elshout·Production Director, Sydney
One of the world’s largest brand-transformation agencies (WPP), with a global network of studios.
SIGNAL DETECTED
In June 2026 Landor announced a global leadership expansion (new Global EVP Experience and Global ECD) and a new London Managing Director, signalling a fresh wave of brand-transformation mandates.
WHY THIS PROSPECT FOR INDIGO
A Production Director at a global-network studio is the precise buyer for outsourced production capacity during peak rollout — campaign asset adaptation and packaging artwork at volume. Landor is the second “way in” to a large network, reached through the person who actually owns throughput rather than a figurehead.
04 / AI PERSONALISATION04 — 08
Emails that look written by hand.
The difference between an email that gets ignored and an email that gets a reply is rarely the offer itself, it is the first sentence. When an agency founder, MD or production director opens an email and reads a line that names a report they just published, a client they just won or an award they just took, the email earns the right to keep going. Cold is Gold’s AI workflow extracts those facts at scale across thousands of creative-agency prospects, then weaves them into the opening line of each email so every message reads as if a human spent two minutes researching the recipient. No flattery, no horoscope copy, no “I came across your website” openings, just a precise, verifiable fact in the agency’s own vocabulary, tied directly to Indigo’s white-label offer.
The principle: when a founder or production director reads the email, they should think “this person looked into us”, not “this is a bot”. Every opening sentence cites a precise, verifiable fact in agency vocabulary — production, studio resource, artwork adaptation, typesetting, reporting cycle, single point of contact.
Here are the 3 types of signals we would use to personalise every email sent on your behalf, stacked from most-findable to most-personal so the AI pipeline always has a clean fallback.
01

02

Saw Friend produced Airtel Africa’s first fully digital-first annual report this year.
Quick question, one I keep coming back to with reporting studios: when the season lands and three clients all want their reports out the same fortnight, who actually picks up the typesetting and the Workiva build?
We run a white-label studio in Mumbai, half a day ahead of you, that plugs in under Friend’s name for exactly those peaks. The idea is your directors stay on the client and the creative call, rather than aligning numbers on page 80 at 9pm.
Worth a quick chat to see if it’s useful, or am I off the mark?

Forgive the direct email but we partner with creators who are really into Japanese gins, and who'd love to feature your Etsu Pacific Ocean Water bottle.
These creators are followed by thousands of gin enthusiasts — the kind who don't just drink it, they talk about it. The content they can produce will instantly grow your community on @etsugin and generate a lot of sales (ROI is positive in a few days).
May I show you a few of their profiles?

Bonjour Jeremy,
Laurianne

Phase 6
Reporting Ongoing
Good to know: phases 2, 3 and 4 run in parallel with the technical setup (phase 1). Concretely, during the 1-month technical warm-up we build your database and write your sequence — so the first emails go out from week 5.
Phase 1 — Technical setup
Creation of dedicated sending domains, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, opening and setting up the email addresses, launch of the warm-up (1 month). No action required on your side.
Phase 2 — Workshop (1h)
A structured working session to define together the structure of the database, the tone of voice for the emails, and to gather your case studies and key differentiators. This phase runs in parallel with phase 1 (Technical setup).
Phase 3 — Sequence copywriting
First draft, feedback rounds and optimisations with you, then layering in the AI personalisation (the signals shown above). We validate the overall email content with you before moving on to the database.
Phase 4 — Database build
We assemble a sample of prospects (like the 10 above) for you to validate. Once approved, we build the full database with quality control: field verification, contact qualification.
Phase 5 — Campaign launch
Sending starts as soon as the warm-up is complete. First results within the first week. Real-time tracking: open rate, reply rate, opportunities generated.
Phase 6 — Reporting & optimisation
Real-time reporting through our platform. Continuous adjustments and A/B testing on subject lines, opening sentences and sequences. Regular monthly or quarterly check-ins depending on results.

Our commitment
At least 38 qualified opportunities over 12 months. If missed → billing frozen until catch-up.
How the guarantee works in 3 clauses.
D0 · Launch
CLAUSE.01
Our commitment
We commit to generating at least — opportunities per month, i.e. — opportunities over — months. This target matches the low scenario of our projections (10% of our clients' campaigns).
M+1 · Check
CLAUSE.02
If we fall short of the target
As soon as a month closes below — opportunities, your billing is immediately frozen. Concretely: you stop paying from that month onwards, until we have fully caught up the cumulative shortfall. You never pay for a month where we don't deliver on our commitment.
M+3 · Limit
CLAUSE.03
If the shortfall persists over 3 consecutive months
Termination is possible at no cost. We keep working at our own expense during those 3 months of shortfall; beyond that, we acknowledge the failure and you are no longer billable for what follows.
Dynamic values
The figures shown in these clauses are not fixed: they are recalculated automatically based on the parameters set in your simulation above. The final contractual commitment will depend on the parameters validated together at the start of the engagement.
Contractual definition of an opportunity: a prospect responding positively to one of our prospecting emails — either an information request or a meeting request.
In addition to fees, 3 technical costs to plan for.
The first is a one-off investment that you own for life — your prospects remain yours, even if you stop working with us. The other two are monthly technical subscriptions, essential for any cold email campaign.

A FINAL WORD
This document is not a sales pitch. It is a projection built on the real numbers from our campaigns — the scenarios presented are not promises, they are averages observed across our clients.
Our method has been operational for several years. It works as soon as the fundamentals are in place: a clearly identified market, a differentiating positioning, a measured closing rate. Indigo has all three.
Our conviction is that we can install for you a steady flow of qualified opportunities with creative agencies over the next 12 months — with indicators we steer together, month after month.
Whenever you want to talk about it concretely, we are here.
